His extensive experience focuses on  the areas of Civil Litigation (including  Labour  and  Commercial Litigation),  with  experience  in the Civil Proceedings of  Angola  and Mozambique; Criminal  and Administrative Litigation; Compliance  in the areas of Money Laundering  and Anti-Corruption Laws – including the provision  of  training  both internally and to clients; Insolvency Law (including cross-border bankruptcies); Maritime Law; Intellectual Property Law.
 
He was  in-house  counsel  of the real estate group Xavier  de  Lima and  later  board  adviser  of the same  group.  He worked as an associate partner  at  Abreu  Advogados.
