- Advisory in the legal audit of real estate acquired by various banking entities, with regard to real estate, taxes, and urban areas, and to the preparation of audit reports with a legal analysis covering any irregularities identified, as well as proposed corrective procedures.
- Advising clients on real estate matters (purchases and sales, rental agreements, shopping centres, tourist developments, etc.), town planning matters (regularisation of real estate developments before the competent authorities) and tax matters (tax and administrative disputes, various payments such as IMT, IMI and IS, etc.), as well as deeds, entries in land, municipal and other registers, shareholdings in the context of IMI, including the annual submission of the IMI Model 1 property tax return.
