Catarina de la Cerda has been part of Legal Latin Advisors as an Associate Lawyer since April 2025.

Before joining Legal Latin Advisors, she worked as an Associate Lawyer at EDGE – International Lawyers between 2020 and 2025, where she gained experience advising national and international clients and managing legal matters in cross-cutting and multidisciplinary contexts. She previously worked as a lawyer at Martínez-Echevarría Abogados between 2019 and 2020, further developing her legal practice.

Her career began as a trainee lawyer at 3 Lex, in Lisbon, where she worked between 2016 and 2018, a key stage in consolidating her technical foundations and working method.

Catarina de la Cerda also worked as a Senior Officer in the area of Solicitorship at the Directorate of Heritage Services, under the Vice-Presidency of the Government of the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

Throughout her career, Catarina de la Cerda has developed an approach guided by precision, clear communication with clients and an efficient response to matters requiring close follow-up and in-depth knowledge of the Portuguese legal framework.
